A few rules for
our little home.

1. Scope and availability

Mimlo is an entertainment app with a 3D virtual companion. It lets you share care, decorate a home and keep memories. This website presents the app. The publisher is identified in the Legal notice.

Mimlo is in preparation and is not yet available on the App Store. Final features, compatibility and availability will be specified at release. Test versions may change.

2. Using the app and your account

A compatible device is required. Account, online backup and shared household features need a network connection and Sign in with Apple. Motion, camera, photo and notification permissions are requested for the relevant features.

Use your own account and protect your credentials and invitation links. For minors, a legal representative must be involved where applicable law requires it. The app’s distribution age rating must be confirmed before release.

3. Respectful use

Access restrictions may be needed for established misuse or to protect service security, subject to applicable rights. Contact and appeal arrangements must be completed before publication.

• Use Mimlo for lawful personal purposes and respect other household members.
• Do not access someone else’s account or information without permission, bypass purchase entitlements, tamper with the service or disrupt its servers.
• Do not use companion names or invitations to harass someone, distribute unlawful material or impersonate another person.

4. Backups and households

Your personal companion and the household companion have separate states. The partner cannot access your personal backup. Household activities are shared and may remain in the journal after you leave.

Restoring a backup replaces local state after confirmation. Online backup does not guarantee continuous synchronization or freedom from data loss. Network interruptions, technical errors or device changes may affect online features.

Signing out, uninstalling, leaving a household and deleting an account are different operations. The account deletion process must be completed before public distribution.

5. In-app purchases

Paid purchases are not enabled in the Release version currently being prepared. No payment can be made through this website. Test prices are not commercial offers.

If in-app purchases are offered at release, their contents and localized prices will be shown before confirmation through Apple. Applicable App Store terms and mandatory consumer rights apply. Restoration and access rules will be specified for the products actually released.

For an Apple purchase, a refund request can be submitted through Apple’s procedure. Eligibility depends on applicable terms and legal rights.

6. Content and intellectual property

The app, website, Mimlo name and their graphic, audio and software elements are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Access does not transfer ownership or authorize resale or commercial exploitation without permission.

You retain your rights in content you provide. Processing is limited to what is needed for the features you use and described in the privacy policy. Third-party components and assets remain subject to their licenses.

7. Changes and applicable rights

Mimlo may receive fixes and updates. Online features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or an incident. Changes affecting purchases or acquired rights must comply with applicable obligations.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. The publisher’s jurisdiction will be specified before publication. This draft imposes no exclusive court or waiver of mandatory consumer protections.
